Today’s experience at the side-event at the UN was important, because world leaders that were present know that we young women come from the same hemisphere and they can hear what we are thinking and how we act.
The purpose of the event was also to see how more voices of children can be heard. Therefore it was a pity that my minister Amorim and Mrs. Clinton left the room without hearing what we had to say. But I did meet Mrs. Clinton in the end!
A person I a liked a lot was Shanta Sinha from India, great and simple woman! Marta Santos Pais is also very kind person. It was a nice experience to share with people when I get back to Brazil.
